Refund Policy
Client Eligibility for Refund:
A client is eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- If all initial client requirements are not met even after 5 revisions.
- If a deadline is missed, deviating from the originally agreed commitment.
- A detailed, comprehensive, and legitimate feedback report must be shared to be eligible for a refund. This report will be audited by our independent team to confirm refund eligibility.
Client Ineligibility for Refund:
A client is not eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Incomplete or incorrect initial requirements provided by the client resulting in dissatisfaction.
- If the client does not utilize our work.
- If the client makes changes to the work shared by us.
- If the feedback includes changes in the requirement or initial scope after the work is completed. Additional costs will be charged for changes in requirements, and we will not be responsible for outcomes if additional payment for revisions is not made.
- If the client is non-responsive to queries or concerns, causing delays.
- If the client changes their mind after a few hours of placing the order.
*In case of a refund, a 15% transaction fee will be deducted.
